The Cowshed Essential Membership is our introductory tier, designed to provide comprehensive access to our wellness facilities. This membership includes use of the gym and all our indoor facilities, such as the indoor pool, saunas, steam room, experience showers, hydrothermal hot tub, ice fountain, and drench bucket. Comfort is also a priority with access to state-of-the-art changing facilities. Additionally, the membership offers discounts on select services and products, starting from £50 per month.
1. Membership Eligibility and Access
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Minors may become members only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Membership grants access to facilities stated in their membership tier and equipment during normal operating hours, subject to scheduled maintenance and exclusive events.
2. Fees and Payments
Membership fees are due monthly and must be paid by direct debit or another pre-approved payment method. Fees are subject to change with a minimum of 30 days' notice provided to all members. Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of membership privileges until dues are settled.
3. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their membership by providing 30 days' written notice. Early cancellation may incur charges, as outlined in the initial membership agreement.
4. Conduct and Usag
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to gym rules and etiquette. Improper use of equipment or facilities may result in suspension or termination of membership.
6. Health and Safety
Members must complete a health questionnaire and may be required to provide a doctor's certificate to confirm fitness for exercise. Members are advised to consult with a physician before starting any new exercise program.
7. Liability
The gym will not be held liable for any injury or health issues arising from the use of the facilities. Members are responsible for their own health and safety and should use facilities and equipment according to the instructions provided.
8. Privacy Policy
Member personal information will be stored securely and will only be used in accordance with the hotel's privacy policy. Information will not be shared with third parties without the member's explicit consent.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
The gym reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the hotel or on the hotel website.
