2. Cancellations and Changes:
Cancellations or changes to your appointment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in forfeiture of your booking payment.
3. Late Arrivals:
We kindly request that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time out of consideration for other guests with appointments following yours.
4. Health and Safety:
Please inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your treatment when making your booking.
Our spa therapists reserve the right to refuse or modify treatments based on health considerations.
5. Age Restrictions:
No one under the age of 14 is permitted in our spas. Our treatments are specially tailored for adults; however, we do offer treatments to those aged 16-18 with parental consent.
6. Payment:
Payment for online bookings may be required at the time of booking or upon arrival at the spa, depending on the type of treatment and our booking policies.
Accepted payment methods will be specified during the booking process.
7. Gift Vouchers:
Gift vouchers may be used for online bookings, subject to availability and any terms and conditions associated with the voucher.
Please present your gift voucher or voucher code at the time of booking.
8. Liability:
